U8 Hurling Review 2015

Report by Phil Maher

Our Training began in February in Wallslough Indoor Arena, moving to twice weekly training at the Pitch in Kilmanagh and ended with a great day in McDonalds in September!

As with all Sport, our panel consisted of boys who each had their own skill set, determination and love of the game, but importantly, each had their own part to play in the panel that ensured that it was the Team Success that mattered at the end of the year. Read more

U16 Hurling Review 2015

Report By Adrian Ronan

Graigue Ballycallan  U16s were in Roinn A as a result of winning U16 Roinn B in 2014. Expectations for 2015 were high and the aim for the year was to be competitive.

With 12 teams in Roinn A League, we were in Group B, avoiding city teams O’Loughlins, Dicksboro, James Stephens and Naas. In our Group we had the best of the country teams Ballyhale, Thomastown, Mooncoin, Danesfort and Dunnamaggin. Read more

Unfortunately, they fell a bit short on the big day and were beaten by a well drilled Glenmore outfit. Read more
