Kilkenny Camogie Easter Camp

Kilkenny Camogie will run a camp for 7 to 14 year old’s with coaching by qualified coaches. Games to develop the child’s basic movement skills and small sided matches to improve the child’s tactical and technical abilities.

St. Brigid’s Camogie Club’s AGM takes place on Saturday 13th February at 8pm in the clubrooms. All members are welcome to attend.

Nominations are now being accepted for the following positions for 2016 – Chairperson, Vice-Chairperson, Secretary, Assistant Secretary, Treasurer, Registrar, PRO and Health and Safety Officer.
Only full members of the club can nominate other members. Also please check/ensure that the person you nominate is a current member of the club and is aware that he/she is being nominated for the position. Graigue Ballycallan GAA Club AGM

The AGM of Graigue-Ballycallan Gaa Club took place in the clubrooms at Tom Ryall Park, Kilmanagh on Saturday 30th last. The large attendance was welcomed by outgoing Club Chairman Pat Hayes and he opened proceedings by remembering all who had passed away during the year and remembered in particular great club supporters Peggy Hoyne, Maura Doheny, Paul Harrison and Joe Dalton.

Committee member Michael Dermody also offered the club’s sympathies to the Chairman on the recent passing of his own mother. After a prayerful reflection the meeting proper commenced.  Read more

Camogie Whist Drive 22/1/16

The latest whist drive in aid of St. Brigid’s Camogie Club took place in the usual Palmerstown venue on Friday 22nd January. Twelve tables took part. Thank you to all who supported the night in any way, those who donated prizes and helped in the kitchen. Well done to our winners.

Whist drive

St Brigid’s Camogie Club’s next fundraising whist drive takes place this Friday 22nd January at 8pm in Dicksboro. Parents of u14 girls (2015) are asked to look after baking and prizes. All donations welcome. Prizes can be left into Mary Ronan or into Helen Murphy in the school before Friday. All welcome.
