U12 Camogie League v Tullaroan 23/7/18

The most recent outing for our U12’s was played in Tullaroan on Monday the 23rd of July. Unfortunately we turned out with only 13 girls but all credit must go to these girls who gave it their all against a strong Tullaroan side. They battled bravely and gave Tullaroan nothing easy but sadly Tullaroan were too strong for us on the night coming out the winners. Onwards and upwards now though as our focus turns to a quarter final in three weeks which we are all looking forward to. Date, Time and Venue of the quarter final TBC.

U12 Camogie League v James Stephens 19/7/18

Report by Bridget Brennan

Our U12’s were in action last Thursday evening the 19th of July against James Stephen’s in the latest round of the U12 Camogie League. The girls had a brilliant performance in the first half showing great skill, endless effort and super determination to compete with a formidable James Stephens side. The second half started off with both teams fighting hard to win ball but our girls found second gear and took some excellent scores ensuring St. Brigid’s came out on the winning side in the end. Final Score: St. Brigid’s 6-2 James Stephen’s 3-3. What a brilliant match to watch girls you were all only brilliant. Well done and keep up the great team work!
