Féile fundraiser for St. Brigid’s Camogie Club – time to recycle your old clothes, shoes, household textiles and handbags. Fill as many bags as you can and drop to St. Aidan’s NS., Kilmanagh before May 28th. Bags can be dropped in to school all day Friday 23rd during voting times. All support greatly appreciated.
On Friday night last, Graigue Ballycallan intermediate team travelled to Tullaroan hoping to improve on their draw against St. Lachtain’s in the previous match. This time Emeralds provided the opposition.
In the third minute, Willie O’Connor burst through the Emerald’s defence for a fine individual goal. Read more

On Monday 5th May 2014 Graigue-Ballycallan u-14s contested the Feile semi-final in Palmerstown. Their opponents were Emeralds of Urlingford whom they had battled with the previous week-end in the qualifying rounds, grinding out a well earned draw on that particular occasion. Read more
Congratulations to Eadaoin Murphy, Laoise Prendiville and Leah Lanigan who were part of the Presentation Secondary School minor camogie team who won the Leinster final on Tuesday last. They beat New Ross in a very exciting match. Well done to the girls!
Graigue-Ballycallan played St. Lachtain’s of Freshford in the second round of the Intermediate hurling league last Saturday night in Palmerstown. In monsoon-like conditions, GBC played with a gale at their backs in the first half. Seven minutes in, St. Lachtain’s broke through the GBC defence for a goal. Read more

The Graigue – Ballycallan U-10 blue team played their first Go-Game of the year in Slieverue on a cold, windy Saturday morning. Playing ground hurling for the first ten minutes of the game, Charlie Cleere, with a skillful ground stroke passed the sliotar to the ever alert Jeff Neary, who scored a fine opening goal which settled the Graigue – Ballycallan boys. Jeff quickly scored another two goals. Read more

Champions Sunday is a unique opportunity to raise funds for the Kilkenny Special Olympics Team and for young boys and girls – to meet their heroes. Our Special Olympic athletes will compete in the All-Ireland games, which will be held in the University of Limerick in June. It promises to be a great games and we want to send them on their way, by celebrating their unique achievement. Read more
