Minor camogie county champions!
A massive congratulations to our Minor Camogie team who have won the Roinn B Championship. They overcame a strong Windgap side in John Locke Park, Callan on Saturday 31st October. Read more
Minor girls reach county final!

Huge congratulations to our Minor Camogie team who have booked themselves a place in this year’s Roinn B County Final. They beat Slieverue on Sunday 18th October in Ballyhale.
From the start the girls were the stronger and were ahead throughout the game. Final score was 3-12 to 3-0.
They will now play Windgap in the final this Saturday 31st October at 11:30am in John Locke Park, Callan! Best of luck girls!
All-Star nomination for Aisling
A huge congratulations to Aisling Dunphy who has been nominated for an All-Star Award in the midfield position for her performance with the Kilkenny Senior camogie team this year. The winners will be announced on November 7th in the City West Hotel. Best of luck from all in the club Aisling!!
Minor Hurling League Roinn A v Tullaroan – 02/09/15.
Whether at under 6 or senior championship, a tie between GBC and neighbours Tullaroan always brings an added air of anticipation and excitement. It was no different on the second day of September when these age old rivals met in the Minor Hurling League in Tullaroan. Read more
Intermediate camogie league champs!
Well done to our Intermediate camogie team who beat a tough Tullaroan side in the League Final on Saturday 29th August in Clara. The girls proved too strong though and showed great determination and nerve to come out on top. A huge thank you to all who came to support the girls on the day, it was fantastic to see such a great crowd. Thankfully, the weather held up for the duration of the game and there was some great displays of hurling throughout. Read more
Last blitz of 2015 for u-8 camogie

On Saturday 29th August our u-8s were in Freshford for the last blitz for this year. At u-8 level we have two brilliant teams and on the day both teams had two matches. The great teamwork and brilliant play that both teams showed on the day was a credit to themselves. Read more
Family Fun Day 2015

The Graigue-Ballycallan GAA Club and St. Brigid’s Camogie Club annual Family Fun Day took place on the 23rd August last. For several weeks coming up to the event, countless numbers of club volunteers worked tirelessly in preparation for what is now a well established and much anticipated local event. In the days prior to the 23rd, meteorologists, both local and national were predicting weather, which ranged from showers to tropical downpours!. However, as luck would have it, not a drop of rain fell on Tom Ryall Park for the duration of the day! Read more

St. Brigid’s camogie club are now selling lines on our score forecast cards for the All-Ireland hurling final, Kilkenny versus Galway. Predict the correct score and you could win our first prize of €100. €2 per line to enter. All cards must be returned by Friday 4th September. Seller prize €50. Intermediate camogie through to league final
Well done to our Intermediate camogie team who beat St. Anne’s in the League Semi Final on Saturday 22nd August. It was a very tough game but the girls eventually came out on top after a burst of excellent play in the last fifteen minutes of the game. From the whistle, it was clear it wasn’t going to be an easy game but St. Brigid’s kicked off the scoring when Aisling Dunphy converted a 45 after 4 minutes. Read more
