U12 Go Games – ‘Classic Derby’
U12 Go Games Team White played neighbours Tullaroan on Wednesday evening, in what proved to be a classic encounter. The game started well for our boys with a couple of early scores from Oisín Egan but the Tullaroan boys were soon in their stride and they found their range to level matters 15 mins in. Read more

Lisdowney Sevens Quarter Final – 2nd August 2014
The GBC U-13 seven-aside team bowed out to eventual cup winners James Stephens in this afternoon’s quarter final. The Village opened the scoring with two well taken points, before two frees from Oisín Egan brought the sides back level. Then, a well taken goal from Finn Lanigan put our boys ahead 1-02 to 0-03. James Stephens replied quickly with another goal from a tight angle. Read more

Well done to Graigue Ballycallan U13 Boys on reaching the Quarter Finals of the Lisdowney Sevens, they now play James Stephens on Saturday 2nd August, time to be advised.

The U12 Team White travelled to Graiguenamanagh on Saturday morning 19th July to play their 1st match in the U12 Go Games series.

U12 Hurling Challenge v O’Loughlin Gaels 5/6/14
The U 12 panel headed into John’s Park on a sunny Thursday evening to play O’Loughlin Gaels. Both clubs had the numbers available to field 2 teams so there were 2 games played side by side which gave all our boys 60 mins of hurling. There was certainly a few tired limbs after these games in which our lads certainly held their own against the city outfit. Read more

The U12 team had their first run out of the season on Thursday evening when Danesfort visited with a strong squad of 17 players. Numbers is certainly no issue with this group as we have 27 players registered for the year ahead.
