Members from the committee presented RoisÍn Casey with a new Cultec hurl, sponsored by Cultec and a voucher for Hennessy Sports yesterday evening, Thursday, to mark her magnificent achievement of getting to the All-Ireland Féile Skills competition. Féile comes to Kilmanagh in 1 week! St Brigid’s are hosting Gailtir from Waterford. We need help in the kitchen on Friday evening and Saturday morning. Also home baking please needed for the weekend. U10 camogie blitz
Well done to our U10’s who took part in a blitz in Bennettsbridge yesterday morning. They played against Dicksboro, Carrickshock and Bennettsbridge. Our girls played their hearts out and each and every one of them were great and represented their club with pride. Well done girls. Keep it up!! – Report by Martina Teehan

Leinster win for Loreto minors
Well done to the Loreto Minor Camogie team who beat Presentation on Friday 26th May in the Leinster Final. From the club, Kate McCluskey, Sarah Harrison, Molly Butler, Isabel Caldbeck, Cara Keating & Kate Everard were on the Loreto team so well done girls. Ellie O’Neill, Roisin Casey, Tara Ronan, Reece Delaney, Abby O’Keeffe, Kelly Lanigan & Margaret Maher were part of the Pres contingent. It’s fantastic to see so many girls succeeding at school level so keep up the great work everyone!

Leinster Final vs Offaly 28/5/17
Best of Luck to Aisling Dunphy and the Kilkenny Senior Camogie team who take on Offaly in the Leinster Senior Final this Sunday 28th May in St Brendan’s Park, Birr at 4pm. Robin Delaney, Moya O’Brien & Lauren Ronan will represent the primary school at half time in the game so best of luck to them also, enjoy the experience girls!
Roisin to represent club at National Feile Skills
Huge congrats to the fantastic Roisín Casey who represented our club this evening, Thursday, in the Féile na nGael skills competition in Gowran. Roisín did us proud and won it out! She will now represent the club at national level. We are all very proud of you Roisín, what a great achievement. The very best of wishes in the nationals.
