The forwards played well and pulled off some great scores. The girls came out winners on a scoreline of St. Brigid’s 3-8 Muckalee 1-6. Our U12’s played their first league match against Dicksboro at home on Friday evening last 22nd June. What a brilliant performance by all girls, in the first half especially where they battled hard and displayed some great skill. In the second half Dicksboro battled that bit tougher and got that extra bit of luck that was needed to finish out the game. Dicksboro came out winners in the end but that said the St. Brigid’s girls played brilliant and they tried hard with every skill they had. Well done girls. Final Score: Dicksboro 5-3 St. Brigid’s 1-3
