U8 camogie – Conahy Blitz
The St. Brigid’s U8 team participated in the recent Go Games hosted by Conahy Camogie Club. The girls played in 3 games against hosts Conahy, Muckalee and Freshford. Even though only a few of our girls are up to the age they played their hearts out in all 3 games. They played with a never say die attitude and done their club proud with their display of camogie. Underage camogie fixture 24/6/17
We will be welcoming Kilmacud Crokes Camogie Club to Kilmanagh on Saturday 24th June with their U10 and U14 girls to play challenge matches against our teams. Donations of cakes and sandwiches can be dropped to the kitchen. Help also needed in the kitchen where possible. Thank you in advance.
Our U8s and U6s also have a blitz on Saturday. They play in Conahy at 10am & will have 3 matches! Best of luck to all teams!
A successful Feile na nGael for St. Brigids
St. Brigid’s U14’s had an extremely successful and memorable Féile weekend this year as they finished top four in the country by getting to the Division 1 cup semi-final. It started on Friday in Larchfield where the girls came out winners of both of their games. Read more
Primary school Roinn A camogie champions
Congratulations to St. Aidan’s Camogie team who were worthy winners of the Roinn A County Final on 12th June. They won on a scoreline of 4-6 to 3-5 after a great display of camogie. What a fantastic win, well done to all involved! Thank you to the great support the girls had also. The future is certainly very bright!
Roisin represents Kilkenny
Well done to Roisín Casey who represented Kilkenny on Saturday 10th June in the All-Ireland Féile Skills Finals. She competed very well and enjoyed her day in Abbotstown. Well done Roisín the club are very proud of you!
Eimear wins camogie player of the year
Congratulations to Eimear Keoghan who was recently awarded ‘Camogie Player of the Year’ in Loreto. The award was picked by the managers so well done Eimear.

Roisín to represent Kilkenny at Féile skills
Members from the committee presented RoisÍn Casey with a new Cultec hurl, sponsored by Cultec and a voucher for Hennessy Sports yesterday evening, Thursday, to mark her magnificent achievement of getting to the All-Ireland Féile Skills competition. U10 camogie blitz
Well done to our U10’s who took part in a blitz in Bennettsbridge yesterday morning. They played against Dicksboro, Carrickshock and Bennettsbridge.
