As part of the fundraising efforts for Lipsync battles re development of Tom Ryall Park there will be a bikeathon in MacDonagh Junction on Sunday the 2nd of Sept between 12.30pm-6pm. Please give your support on the day, you never know you may even meet a hurling or camogie hero!
Join in the fun and have a go at matching the legs with the faces. Entries available from trainers or John Cahill. All proceeds in aid of the development of Tom Ryall Park through the upcoming Lip Sync event. Entries cost only 2 euro or 3 attempts for a fiver. St. Brigid’s Camogie Club are holding their 80’s/90’s disco fundraiser in Langtons Front Bar on Friday the 29th of June. The night kicks off at 10pm and there will be finger food and a raffle on the night. Tickets are €5 and are available from any committee member or at the door on the night. All support greatly appreciated.
Kilkenny Camogie have teamed up with Helmet Day to raise funds for the Kilkenny Senior and Intermediate team’s training fund. Every child under 16 will receive a participation certificate as an acknowledgement of their achievement.
St. Brigid’s Camogie Club are having a sponsored walk on Monday the 4th of June at 11am in Aughtanee Wood. Everyone is welcome to attend and there will be refreshments provided afterwards. A donation bucket will be available on the day should anyone wish to contribute. All support greatly appreciated!
St Brigid’s Camogie Club are hosting a bake sale on Saturday night 14th April at 8pm in the clubrooms in Kilmanagh following the evening mass. All donations of cakes, tarts, buns etc will be accepted from 7pm in the clubrooms. Please support this worthy cause! Thank you.
St. Brigid’s Camogie Club held the annual Monster Easter Whist Drive on Wednesday the 28th of March in Palmerstown. We had 6 tables on the night so thank you to those who came to support it. Thank you to all those who helped out on the night and donated raffle prizes and baking. Thank you also to Dicksboro for the use of the clubhouse.

Thank you very much to everyone who came and supported the Annual Mary McGrath table quiz on Thursday the 29th of March in The Pound. It was a very successful night with 14 tables taking part. Thank you to those who donated raffle prizes, sandwiches, buns and scones. Also, thank you to those who helped on the night and a huge thank you to the McGrath family as always, quiz master Billy Neary and our correctors Anne Murphy and Siobhan O’Brien.
