All Ireland Forecast the Score WINNER
Congratulations to Shane Butler (Pottlerath) who was the lucky winner of the €100 prize for predicting the correct score for the All-Ireland hurling replay. He was the only person to guess the score, 2-17 to 2-14. Rhonda Malone won the sellers prize of €25. A huge thank you to everyone who bought lines and to all who sold the cards.
Camogie Whist Drives
The whist drives will be starting back up on Friday the 10th October at 8.30pm in Palmerstown. Your support is greatly appreciated.
Predict the score
The camogie club are now selling score cards for the Kilkenny vs Tipperary All-Ireland hurling final replay.
€2 per line. Guess the correct score for the match and €100 is up for grabs. The sellers prize is €25. You can buy them from any club member. Please support.
Bus to camogie All-Ireland final
The camogie club will be running a bus to Croke Park for the camogie finals on Sunday 14th September. Club members Aisling Dunphy and Therese Muldowney are both in action on the day! U-16s must be accompanied by an adult.

Féile fundraising draw
A huge thank you to everyone who supported the Féile fundraising draw. It was a great success and had a huge part to play in helping to raise funds for our u-14 team who represented Kilkenny in the National Féile competition in Derry recently. Breakfast morning fundraiser for St. Brigid’s Camogie Club
Some photos from a breakfast morning fundraiser which was one of the many fundraisers held recently in support of the U14 girls from St Brigid’s Camogie Club who have qualified for the Féile and are heading to Derry in a few week’s time. The breakfast morning was held in St. Aidan’s NS Kilmanagh and over €700 was raised. A massive thanks to everyone.
Cash for Clobber Fundraiser!!
Féile fundraiser for St. Brigid’s Camogie Club – time to recycle your old clothes, shoes, household textiles and handbags. Fill as many bags as you can and drop to St. Aidan’s NS., Kilmanagh before May 28th. Bags can be dropped in to school all day Friday 23rd during voting times. All support greatly appreciated.
Annual camogie tablequiz
On Thursday the 17th April the annual Mary McGrath tablequiz in aid of St Brigid’s camogie club was held in The Pound Ballycallan. It was a very successful night with 17 tables taking part.
Congratulations to the winners of the quiz who were John Cuddihy, Frances Cuddihy, Martin O’Neill and Alan Mooney. In 2nd place was John Butler, Mary Butler, Betty Dewberry and George Dewberry. Read more
Annual Mary McGrath camogie tablequiz
The annual Mary McGrath tablequiz in aid of St. Brigid’s camogie club will take place on Holy Thursday the 17th of April. It will take place in The Pound Ballycallan at 9.30pm. A raffle will take place on the night. All welcome!
Camogie Whist Drive
We will hold our Monster Easter Whist Drive on Friday the 28th March at 8.30pm in Palmerstown. Prize for top score is €50. A large raffle will also take place which will include hampers, easter eggs, bottles of whiskey & wine etc. This is one not to be missed. All are welcome.
