Club Registration 2016

Graigue Ballycallan GAA Club will hold their registration day on Sunday 13th March between 11am and 12 noon.

Membership Fees as follows:
Adult Player: €75
Adult Non-player: €40
Third Level Student Player: €40
Juvenile: €20
OAP: €25

New members welcome!

Club Gear Shop will be open on the day. We look forward to seeing you all there.

 

Leinster Senior Scór 2016

Our Ballad Group and John Dunphy gave a fantastic performance tonight in Birr, Co Offally representing Kilkenny in Scor 2016.

Unfortunately we did not qualify for the Leinster Final.

Well done Guys you did the parish very proud.

The Late Billy Malone – An Appreciation

Recently the Graigue Ballycallan GAA Club were saddened to hear of the passing of Club Trustee Billy Malone.

Billy was elected one of the club’s trustees in 1990 shortly after the club purchased the land which was developed as the club’s grounds and officially opened in May 1997.

A dear friend and neighbour to all, Billy will be fondly remembered for his invaluable contribution to St. Brigids Camogie Club over many years. Read more

Graigue Ballycallan GAA Club AGM

The AGM of Graigue-Ballycallan Gaa Club took place in the clubrooms at Tom Ryall Park, Kilmanagh on Saturday 30th last. The large attendance was welcomed by outgoing Club Chairman Pat Hayes and he opened proceedings by remembering all who had passed away during the year and remembered in particular great club supporters Peggy Hoyne, Maura Doheny, Paul Harrison and Joe Dalton.

Committee member Michael Dermody also offered the club’s sympathies to the Chairman on the recent passing of his own mother. After a prayerful reflection the meeting proper commenced.  Read more

Well Done Oisín and Stephen!

 

Well done to Oisín Egan and Stephen Keoghan both part of the St. Kieran’s College Football team who were victorious in the South Leinster B Final against St. Kevin’s, Dunlavin on Wednesday 2nd December! Full time score St. Kieran’s College 1-10 St. Kevin’s 1-9. Well done lads!

CONDOLENCES

The club would like to express it’s deepest sympathy to Club Chairman, Ben Hayes, Intermediate Selector, Brendan Hayes and Club Insurance Officer, Linda Hayes on the passing this morning of Johanna Hayes, mother and grandmother respectively.

Funeral arrangements will follow later. May she Rest in Peace.
