GBC Forecast Competition 2024

Thanks to everyone who supported our Forecast competition this year and a huge thanks to our committee, our sellers and everyone who uploaded the tickets to our website.

This is such an important fundraiser for our club and we are so grateful to anyone who helped in any way.

We now have our Final Standings after the 5th Round of matches last weekend, congrats to all our winners!

A huge THANK YOU to everyone that sold, bought and promoted this year’s Forecast, the most successful year yet! None of it would be possible without all of you and Thank You especially to our Forecast Committee. The amount of work behind the scenes that goes into the running and success of the club is outstanding.

Charity walk in aid of The Samaritans – Sunday 5th February 2023

A massive thanks to everyone who took part in the GBC GAA Charity Walk in aid of The Samaritans which was held in Tom Ryall Park on Sunday 5th February 2023. A total amount of €800 was raised for our Charity Partners. Thanks to all who helped out in any way – the stewards, parking attendants, those who looked after the refreshments, took photos, the bucket collectors and those who helped with the clean-up.  All proceeds will be presented to the Kilkenny branch of The Samaritans.

Please Note: An additional €100 was received after the walk from other donors to bring the total raised to €800

GBC Registration 2023

It’s that time of year again, we need to get everyone registered for the upcoming GAA season.

All registrations must be completed through Foireann, the GAA have recently launched the new Foireann App which can be downloaded from the App Store. Registration must be completed prior to returning to the pitch. Please read the attached details of how to Register and also please check out our Membership Rates for 2023 in the document below:

Dates for the Diary – January 2023:

Saturday 14th January: Club AGM in Tom Ryall Park

Saturday 28th January: Set Theatre, Langtons – Night of celebration for our 4 Championship winning teams in 2022, commencing 8pm. Tickets will go on sale at the AGM

St. Stephen’s Day Charity Walk

Charity Walk in aid of Graigue Ballycallan GAA Club’s Charity Partners, The Samaritans, will take place in Tom Ryall Park on St. Stephen’s Day at 11am. All are Welcome!

Break out the Santa Hats and Christmas Jumpers and join us as we walk off the Christmas Dinner! All donations go to The Samaritans.
