Well done to our intermediate camogie team who beat rivals Tullaroan in the All-county league on Monday 14th July. Even with a lack of numbers due to other commitments and injuries the girls led from the start. They had a 3 point lead before the opposition had a chance to get the ball down the other end of the field. Great defending from the backs meant there was hardly any shots on goal and only one was conceded in the game. Great work from the half backs and midfields meant plenty of ball was fed to the forwards. High work rate from all players ensured they retained their lead from start to finish and the girls came out on top!
Final score was 2-09 to 1-05.
