Graigue Ballycallan and Tullogher Rosbercon U15’s braved the weather on Wednesday evening 19th August in Kilmanagh in a Quarter Final Championship decider.
It was the locals that got off to a quick start with two early goals and from there never looked back. It was a strong team performance from 1 to 15 from the men in blue. The backs defended tenaciously for the hour, the midfield duo worked hard all evening and the forwards picked off the scores from the quality ball they were fed from the men outside.
Tullogher were denied in the last minute of the match of a certain goal by an acrobatic save from Sean McGrath in the goal.
Final score: Graigue Ballycallan 4-18 Tullogher Rosbercon 0-3
They are now through to a Semi Final against Dicksboro in John Locke park next Wednesday night 26th August at 6:30pm
