Graigue Ballycallan U15’s recorded a convincing win over O’Loughlin Gaels on Wednesday night in John’s Park. It was a strong team performance all round with the full forward line of Aaron McEvoy, Ryan Corcoran and Jake O’Brien scoring 3-7 from play between them. Billy O’Neill gave an outstanding performance at centre back scoring two long range frees in the process with Dean O’Brien and Pat Purcell completing a strong half back line.The full back line were also very strong on the night led by Sean Roberts with Aidan Comerford and Ben Young also impressive in the corners. The midfield partnership of Ryan Cody and Jeff Neary were hard working as ever with Jeff getting forward for 1-1 along the way. The half forward line of Martin Brennan, Paidí Egan and James Casey fed nice ball into the full forward line over the hour which were rewarded by plenty of scores from the men inside.
They are now through to a quarter final against Tullogher in Tom Ryall Park next Wednesday 18th August night at 7pm.
