David Roche Injury Clinic are very excited to announce that from November the 1st the clinic will be running Pilates classes!
We have a brilliant and experienced teacher coming in to give the classes. They will be held just behind the clinic in a spacious room ideal for this type of class! There is plenty of free car parking in an ideal location just off the ring road!
The class will be the cheapest around working out at 60 euro for the 6 week course if you pay up front and 12.50 for drop ins.
There will be a beginners class from 7pm-7.45 and a more challenging basic Pilates class from 7:45-8:30 running from Nov 1st – 13th of December.
We are going to keep the classes small for maximal benefits and due to interest before hand there are limited places left so don’t miss your chance to get on this pre-Christmas class.
