U12 Go Games Team White played neighbours Tullaroan on Wednesday evening, in what proved to be a classic encounter. The game started well for our boys with a couple of early scores from Oisín Egan but the Tullaroan boys were soon in their stride and they found their range to level matters 15 mins in.
Unfortunately, we lost Oisín Egan to injury at this stage but our lads stepped up their workrate and took a deserved 3 point lead to half time after a Scott Lawlor goal.
Tullaroan started the 2nd half smartly and were soon on level terms. The game became a real dogfight from here on with both sides taking some fine scores. The hooking, blocking and catches were a sight to behold from both teams and it was fitting that the game finally finished level after an exhausting 50 mins of hurling.
Full Time score: Graigue Ballycallan 3-5 Tullaroan 2-8
Conor Walton was super on the goal, Jack Cleere, Kevin Ging & Dan Cahill were rock solid in defence, Eoin Delahunty was dominant at centre back, Jack Butler, Brendan Dunne & Oisín Egan worked tirelessly in midfield, Billy Egan, Craig Lawlor & Scott Lawlor were involved in all scores and Jack Walton, John Muldowney & Liam Cleere our always dangerous full forward line.
Scores – Oisín Egan 0-2, Scott Lawlor 1-1, Jack Walton 1-1, John Muldowney 1-1
